Rafterys' Pub

Established in 1850, Rafterys' Pub is situated in the heart of Corofin village and is a widely known landmark. The pub as always remains a focal point for many community activities and continues to be a hub for many sporting clubs in the area.
Photographs, some dating back to 1903, record many of the parish highlights over the years. The most notable is probably the collection of photos and records of Corofin GAA Club's historic 1998 All Ireland Club victory which takes up a whole wall of the pub. It is well worth a visit for GAA fans and indeed for anyone interested in the parish.

The pub was completely redesigned and refurbished a number of years ago and provides an ideal setting for a pleasant evening with friends in front of the warm open fireplace. Entertainment is available most weekends and all special occasions are catered for. Food is available on request.
